Attention Residents with AOL.com E-mail
The StonebridgeHOA E-mail system is no longer accepting AOL E-mail addresses. We regret having to make this policy change and sympathize with any inconvenience this may cause. AOL has made it very easy to mark and silently report E-mail as SPAM. Unfortunately, the AOL interface designers have placed the SPAM button dangerously close to the button used to delete messages and far too many people have inadvertantly tagged mail from the voluntary StonebridgeHOA E-mail system as SPAM. This is causing far too much work for the system administrators to keep in the good graces of AOL and we have therefore decided to no longer accept AOL E-mail addresses for new registrations. There are many other free E-mail domains available that can be used for the StonebridgeHOA system.

Attention Residents with Bellsouth.net E-mail
You may experience trouble receiving some E-mails from the StonebridgeHOA.org E-mail system. Bellsouth is filtering incoming E-mail based on some undisclosed criteria before your MailGuard filters and will discard any E-mails that Bellsouth determines to be SPAM. Bellsouth does not notify you that they have filtered and discarded E-mail that is intended for delivery to your InBox. Ours is not the only sight experiencing problems, click here to read more.
I have tried contacting Bellsouth and have been unable to resolve this problem. The Bellsouth customer support representative to which I was speaking indicated that the only way to resolve this problem is for EACH Bellsouth customer to call technical support at 1-888-321-2375 and complain that you're not receiving E-mail from the StonebridgeHOA.org system, even though there's no way for you to know you're being sent E-mail if they discard it without your knowledge.
You are supposed to claim you've already spoken to support about the issue and that they need to open a NOC ticket. The customer service representative claims that the issue will be resolved within 2 business days. However, there is one subscriber that complained repeatedly to bellsouth about the problem and it took 4 months and refusing to pay for their service before Bellsouth finally resolved the problem for this one customer.
I apolgize for any inconvenience this may cause, but until I can solve this problem at a higher level, the only recourse is to call frequently and complain about their discarding of legitimate E-mail messages without your knowledge.
